1. 対象
本ポリシーは、Android アプリ「おみくじパスポート」 （Omikuji Passport）に適用されます。
2. 端末内で処理する情報
ユーザーが選んだおみくじ画像と OCR 文字は端末内だけで処理され、 運営者のサーバーへ送信されません。おみくじ、御朱印、御守、訪問写真、 日付、場所名、個人メモを保存した場合も、その内容は端末内だけに保存されます。 アカウント、クラウド同期、クラウドバックアップはありません。
3. 収集・共有しない情報
現在の Android 版は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、正確な位置情報、 連絡先、支払い情報、広告 ID、おみくじ画像、OCR 全文、クラッシュログ、 利用分析データを運営者へ送信、収集、第三者提供しません。 広告、定期購入、アプリ内課金もありません。
4. 外部ウェブサイト
「探す」機能から第三者の文化体験ページを端末のブラウザーで開く場合があります。 第三者サイトには各社の利用規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 予約、旅行者、カード、支払い情報を本アプリが受け取ることはありません。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは一般の旅行者と日本文化に関心を持つ利用者向けで、 子どもを対象として設計しておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
6. 保存と削除
保存内容は端末内にあります。アプリ内で個別に削除できるほか、 Android の設定からアプリデータを消去するかアプリをアンインストールすると、 すべて削除できます。削除後の復元や遠隔でのアカウント削除はできません。
7. ポリシーの変更
将来、遠隔送信、分析、クラッシュ報告、アカウント、クラウド同期、広告、 支払いなどを追加する場合は、提供開始前に本ポリシーと Google Play の Data safety 申告を更新します。

Omikuji Passport Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to the Omikuji Passport Android app.
2. Information processed on your device
The omikuji image you select and its OCR text are processed only on your device and are not sent to the operator's servers. Omikuji, goshuin, omamori, visit photos, dates, place names, and private notes that you save also remain on your device. There is no account, cloud sync, or cloud backup.
3. Information we do not collect or share
The current Android release does not send, collect, or share names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, payment information, advertising IDs, omikuji images, full OCR text, crash logs, or usage analytics. It contains no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
4. External websites
Explore may open third-party cultural experience pages in your browser. Those sites apply their own terms and privacy policies. The app does not receive booking, traveler, card, or payment data entered on those sites.
5. Children
The app is for general travelers and people interested in Japanese culture. It is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
6. Storage and deletion
Saved content remains on your device. You may remove individual records in the app, or delete everything by clearing the app's Android data or uninstalling it. Deleted content cannot be restored. There is no remote account-deletion process because the app has no account.
7. Policy changes
Before adding remote transmission, analytics, crash reporting, accounts, cloud sync, ads, or payments, the operator will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration.
